Who is responsible for product damage or loss during transit?
When you get the pack, please check the goods inside at the presense of the shipper. If anything got damaged, please ask them for a damage report.
**Important: Please email us for damage or pack loss within 7 days after the package deliver(or wrong deliver which caused the loss).
For premium shipment method, we could help you negotiate with shippers for damage or pack loss. At the same time, we will ship out a new item for you immediately. (Or if the item needs process time, we will go ahead process it for you right away.)
For airmail shipment method, the post office process the damage or lost dispute from the receiver much faster and efficient. Often we can't help much with this. But we are glad to get you a new item at a discounted price.
