I meant to review this ages ago, but better late than ever. In short, this is a 10/10.

The customer service is EXCELLENT. I needed a rush order made to my measurements and shipped to the US from China in time, and they absolutely delivered. They're amazing communicators and I got a great product.

All pieces of the cosplay are nicely made. They didn't use needlessly expensive or fancy fabric, but it's clear they went above and beyond with their choices. The vest and apron fabrics are durable and have a little bit of stretch, a nice deep color, but they're far from cheap looking. The red skirt fabric has beautiful detailing that keeps it from being plain. The blouse is comfortable, breathable and has a nice texture on my skin. The ears and tail look very realistic, match nicely, and attach to wigs and the cosplay very well. The rose embroidery is sewn on, not glued, and it looks wonderful.

I have absolutely no complaints and it's a gorgeous cosplay that I've been happy to wear multiple times over the past 6 months since I ordered it.
