Ordered this as a backup for a cosplay that ended up not being able to arrive on time for a convention. It was very well crafted, and customer service was great. I recommend ordering from truste to all of my friends any time they are looking for a love live cosplay. I did end up doing a bit of my own altering but it was a light touch to make things fit just right.
Gorgeous cosplay! Ordered Ruby and Dia in custom sizes and waited about 9 months for them but they were worth every second of waiting. Nothing prepared me for the quality and detail on these cosplays. Customer service is always wonderful with this company, and they kept me updated every step of the way. It is always a pleasure ordering and receiving cosplays from truste and I wish so dearly that they got more attention.
Just got mine today ! It’s exactly what you sign up for, maybe even better. This look insane in person and even better when worn. Don’t expect it to fly in the wind though, the fabric is heavy, but the shiny look is well worth the stiffness. Absolutely thrilled to go around conventions while rocking this incredible fit, very close to the original, and of great quality (I’ll share pictures I promise)

Gorgeous cosplay. I did have a bit of trouble with the light up sleeves, but this is being taken care and I'll be getting replacements. I HIGHLY recommend their service! I'm extremely happy with my cosplay and it looks exactly like the photos. Linda is such a help! I'll be using this site for many future cosplay purchases.

its so beautiful! it’s made so nicely and you are definitely getting what you pay for. the only 2 disappointing things is 1) the top of the socks, they roll down easy and when that happens you can see the stitches and raw seam from the outside (the black line on the top of the socks, check zoomed in photo). this part looks very rushed and cheap compared to the rest of the costume. 2) there was only one hook for the belt part? maybe this was a mistake only for my costume, but i could not find the other hook anywhere haha! the belt is also made of a different, thinner pleather material, which also looks cheap compared to everything else that is shiny and thick. On a different note, this costume is very uncomfortable - BUT it looks so stunning, it’s worth the discomfort. It cant be helped because of the type of fabric, its very thick and stiff. My most beautiful cosplays tend to be the most uncomfortable anyway so i don’t mind; i dance in it anyway. Overall i really love the costume, I purchased both kinds of shirts and recently wore the zigzag edge one.

Exactly like the picture, but the hat is not included. The dress is absolutely gorgeous and so are the details. The size is accurate to the size chart.
This was the most amazing wig I've ever had. Styled perfectly, very full and perfectly altered to keep the bangs in place. Beautiful work with the braids. Honestly, pretty good cosplay! I'm so happy to finally have my hands on a Temptation Luka cosplay. I literally could not find one anywhere until I came across this site. I was a bit worried about ordering, but it came in perfect condition and shipped pretty quickly! There are a few things that I need to modify, as I want the buttons to be a bit tighter, but other than that it's a good cosplay!! Would definitely buy from this company again!
Hello, I bought the Ginji cosplay on September 15, 2024 for an anime convention that will be held in my country (Peru) on October 27, 2024. Since I made the purchase, Trustedeal customer support has been keeping me informed about the progress of my cosplay, they were kind and sent several photos for me to give them approval so they could send it.
The cosplay was of very good quality and they complied with the materials they advertised, I loved it, the hakama, the kimono, the straps and the color of the suit, they look of good quality and good seams.
I loved the detail that they were very traditional with the Ginji suit and the hakama was as original as possible, but I would have liked them to send instructions on how to tie the pants haha.
The only problem I had was with my country's postal service, I had trouble locating the shipment and it was lost, I contacted trustedeal support and they helped me locate my shipment 10/10.
In short, I loved the cosplay and it fits me very well (for someone 183cm and 75kg) good quality, materials, seams and customer service 10 out of 10.
I will edit or upload another review uploading photos of myself with the cosplay when I finish it, now I am in the process of making the character's tails.
