Chiya cosplay is great made well. I love it very much. It's come with belt. The belt is weird and it's have double zipper. I bought the real obi belt to replace it. It's worked great anyway. Thank you. I will buy from this store again next time.
It arrived on time for my event. The size was great, and the quality was pretty good as well! I only wish the sleeves on the coat were wider. It is worth the purchase. Way better than Ezcosplay. :]
Service: Thank you very much for your feedback! We are glad it arrived on time and met your expectations intermso of size and quality. We will take your suggestion about the coat sleeves' width into consideration for future improvemets. We hope to seve you again in the future!
The quality and finishes are very good, the fabric is like velvet, quite light so it is not too hot when using it...what is a little small are the accessories for the arms, apart from that everything is wonderful
I was very pleasantly surprised with this wig! I was a bit nervous just because I've never heard of this site before, but it arrived in a timely fashion and it looks good. It required minimal trimming when I styled it and it actually was lightly crimped already, which helps decrease tangling. Although I crimped it again just to reach my desired level of volume, it's great to see companies keeping track of the popular trends in the community they're selling to.
I ordered the wig from Lute. The wig is really lovingly packaged so that nothing can happen during shipping. The wig took a while to get to me, but the styling is perfect. The wig is very soft and has good quality. I am very satisfied.
5 stars
very satisfied by the prodcut sound like trsudeal can solve any kind of solution for us hope to deal with them again, i took a special cosplay shoes of cure majesty with style completely different to the original and hoenstly i took the right decision to do this for the wig he requires to work a little at front for giving a better look like the animation but quite easy to do
This cosplay felt great! I think the gloves aren't the highest quality (they ripped when I was wearing them), but everything else was great! For my first cosplay I bought from this play, they went above and beyond
Cosplay was amazing! The hat was a little small but everything fit perfectly. Probably because I had it custom made. I love this place and plan on buying all of my cosplays from them
The cosplay was even better than I imagined! Very happy with the overall fit and look of this costume. The cape is true to the look in the anime. I am 6' and ordered a size Large.
Customer Service:
They were really fast at responding! I asked a lot of questions about this product and they made sure we were on a path I would want as their customer.
Unfortunately I won’t be able to get my cosplay in time so I ended up not getting this product. BUT if I do plan on getting this, I know their customer service will be able to help!
Really well made and shipped fast. White fabric wasn't see through and was thick, also the patterns were very accurate to Kieran and were a nice detail!
I received the order sooner than expected and i absolutely LOVE it! the quality is amazing and the fit is great. It's my first time ordering from this store and I'm extremely pleased.
Plus the customer service was amazing in answering my questions before I placed the order.I Highly recommend it!
The outfit is perfect when it comes to accuracy and comfort.
The pants are loose enough to feel free but not loose enough to look off, the shirt is comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the jacket isn’t bothersome.
The outfit matches up to the proportions shown in game and in the show when worn and the jacket is pretty light allowing it to flow.
In summery, the outfit looks great and very pleasing to wear.
My bun came in pretty crushed to one side and wouldn’t attach to the wig despite my best efforts. That said, it’s still a lovely wig by itself and the braid’s still intact and such. Nice color and waves, the bangs were a bit long but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, still recognizable and serviceable.
It’s a beret! A better hat than the one that came as a part of the actual cosplay. I would say material-wise it’s probably not cosplay accurate as it is fuzzy, but it works and it has the flowers and a ribbon. My ribbon was in the wrong spot as it was on the first flower instead of the second one but I still think it worked out quite nicely!
